1. Acceptance

• Failure in maintaining the integrity of our systems due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters;

We will use reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service. However, we make no warranty that the services provided by us are error-free or free from interruptions.

5. Wagering Requirements and Bonus Terms

   • Any bonuses offered on our site must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before withdrawal.
   • All wagers placed with bonus funds will only count towards meeting the wagering requirements for said bonus, provided that they are placed at odds of 1/2 (or higher) in the case of sports betting.

6. Withdrawal and Payment Terms

We reserve the right to request documentation from players prior to processing a withdrawal.

7. Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute arising out of these terms, your use of our services or our obligations hereunder, such disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Act 1996 (as amended). The place and procedure of the hearing will be agreed between you and us. In all cases, English law applies.

8. Account Restrictions

We may restrict your account at any time for security reasons or where there are concerns regarding player integrity.

9. Self-Exclusion and Loss Limits

You can request to self-exclude from using our services by contacting customer support with such a request. Alternatively you may set loss limits on the website, which will take effect immediately upon submitting your request.You acknowledge that we cannot verify whether information provided about you is true or false.

10. Intellectual Property RightsThe content, including text and graphics, of this site belongs to us or our suppliers unless stated otherwise, and all rights are reserved.

11. Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by the laws in force in England and Wales (or such other jurisdiction as we may designate).

In case of a conflict between translations or versions this English version will prevail.
